I started looking for a home with another real estate agent. She would only show me one or two houses a week! She told me that the house I was trying to see was booked up. I saw on the website that it had a time to show it still, so I clicked the button and then I met Ciara. She not only showed me the house once. My fiancé was at work still and couldn’t see it so she came back for a special showing just for her. Not only did she get me in to see the house but I saw it twice when the other agent said it was all booked up. So I switched agents. Ciara showed me 4-5 houses a week and did everything I asked Of her and more! 6 bids later with the upside down market(2021) we found a house and won the bid with her cunning knowledge of real estate & her down to earth personality!
